MKG are delighted to announce British Bake Off Winner, Sam Rain, will be demonstrating her chocolatier skills at the upcoming Extravaganza. As part of the team from HB Ingredients, she will be demonstrating new products from Callebaut and Belcolade along with their use with pastry shells provider Pidy.
